Missy Westfall

Missy graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2009 with a bachelor of science in Economics and then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 2012. She has been a practicing Bond Attorney for the past 12 years, specializing in GO and Revenue bond transactions, TIF financings, public trusts, and post issuance compliance at Hilborne & Weidman where she is currently VP of the firm. She is a member of the OBA, TCBA and the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL). In 2020, she helped found the Oklahoma Chapter of Women in Public Finance and has served as President of its board for the last 3 years. She is  married with three children.
