Kimberly Carnley

Kimberly Carnley is the City Attorney for the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Prior to being appointed to this position, Carnley served as the Assistant City Attorney in Stillwater since 2016. Prior to joining the City of Stillwater, she worked at the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General and at the Oklahoma Tax Commission as an Assistant General Counsel. Carnley received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas in 2007 and her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2013.
